Find your next designer through a scout

A quick walkthrough of what happens from the first share to offer accepted

How scouting works

The scouts behind your introductions

They're design leaders with an eye for great work and deep ties to their communities. Each one brings a collective of designers whose work they know and respect

Five steps to your next hire

  1. Step 1: Submit your job for review

We only take on roles we believe we can fill. We'll tell you if we don't think yours is

  2. Step 2: Receive a shortlist

You'll get a curated shortlist. Each profile accompanied with the scout's take on their work

  3. Step 3: Review portfolios

We will ask for your feedback on each profile and improve our recommendations with every batch

  4. Step 4: Introductions that are already warm

Once you request an intro the scout reaches out personally. The designer chooses to say yes, and we set up the first conversation

  5. Step 5: We stay until the offer lands

From first call to signed offer, we help you shape and negotiate it, and do whatever it takes to reach a yes

How designers get scouted

Scouts invite designers whose work they rate into a private collective. Designers never apply and never pay. They only hear about roles worth their time

Become a scout

What we never do

  • Mass-message designers

Every intro is personal, from someone they respect

  • Pass off a résumé dump as a shortlist

You get a handful, never a spreadsheet of names

  • Take on roles we can't fill

If we don't think we can fill yours, we'll tell you first
